Registered Nurse – Home Health

Location: Salem, OR (Open territories in Salem, McMinnville, and Eugene)
Pay: $55 – $59 per hour Role Type: Full-Time, with Travel

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team in Salem, Oregon, and surrounding areas (McMinnville and Eugene). This role provides essential nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality home healthcare.

As a Registered Nurse – Home Health, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following established care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits and care provided.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territories (Salem, McMinnville, or Eugene).

Minimum Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of recent nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territories.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
