Bob Garrett Services is the largest residential generator dealer in Southwest Virginia and a trusted provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. For over 18 years, we’ve proudly served the Roanoke area with reliable, high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer care. We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support leadership with timely financial insights. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a small business environment, this role could be a great fit.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support
• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, and reporting
• Track job costing and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, performance, and compliance

• 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (construction/home services a plus)
• Quick Books and MS Excel proficiency is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required
