Administrative Support Position

This position will rotate between day (8am-4pm) and evening/night hours (4pm-12am). This is a part time (32 hours) position that will likely turn into a full time position.

Pay Range: $16.75 - $22.51

    Purpose Statement:

    Provide administrative support to facility management to ensure efficient operation of the facility.

    Essential Functions:

    • Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
    • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
    • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
    • Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
    • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.

    May be responsible for:

    • Accurate and timely physician credentialing.
    • Directing and leading the work of others.
    • Managing and coordinating administrative programs and office activities.
    • Creating spreadsheets, managing databases and preparing presentations, reports and documents as needed.
    • Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls.
    • Covering the reception desk when required.
    • Calendar management, scheduling appointments, updating calendars and arranging staff meetings.

    Other Functions:

    • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

    Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associate’s degree preferred.
