Site Manager

We are looking for someone to provide day-to-day leadership and training to team members. Daily operations of assigned Car Wash Site. Provide guidance and solutions for technical, mechanical, customer, and employee issues or concerns.

Essential Job Functions

This job will be expected to complete the following job functions. This is not an all-inclusive list. This job may be assigned other job functions or tasks. This is meant to be a general description of the most essential job functions.

• Responsible for growing membership sales and meeting overall sales goals for the site.
• Manage Car Wash site financial accounting, invoicing, labor, and reconciling and depositing cash.
• Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms are kept in stock.
• Communicate daily with your District Manager regarding any concerns/issues and answer questions. Assess, communicate, and resolve vehicle damage complaints.
• Manage proper staffing, training, and performance of Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Site Managers, and Support Staff.
• Administer feedback and disciplinary action to Team Members as needed.
• Satisfactorily resolve customer and Team Member complaints, including partnering with Human Resources.
• Maintain an understanding of how site equipment works; perform maintenance on Car Wash equipment and troubleshoot inoperable equipment on site.
• Oversee safety of employees and car wash site and respond to safety incidents appropriately.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respectful communication at all times.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures, including escalating matters that may violate company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or leadership experience.
• Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.
• Flexible availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a contingent background screening.
