Project Manager, CRM System, Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to handle CRM operations and ensure smooth project execution. The role begins after the sales team closes a deal, where you will coordinate with the development team, manage project assignments, and ensure timely delivery with quality standards. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of CRM or SaaS-based tools and strong coordination skills to bridge the gap between clients, sales, and technical teams.

• Manage end-to-end service delivery after project conversion
• Assign projects to the development/automation team and track progress
• Act as a single point of contact between clients and the technical team
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality project outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues
• Maintain regular communication and updates with clients
• Focus on client retention and long-term relationship building
• Monitor performance and ensure smooth CRM implementation
• Take ownership of project success and customer satisfaction

• Minimum 1 year experience in Service Delivery / Project Coordination / CRM Operations
• Basic knowledge of CRM or SaaS-based products
• Strong communication and client coordination skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate technical teams
• Good problem - solving and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in SaaS/CRM products will be an added advantage
