Position Details
- Position: Business Analyst
- Location: Salem, OR -- Primarily Remote with occasional onsite work
- Contract Duration: September 7, 2026 -- March 8, 2027
- Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday
- Hours: 10:00 AM -- 4:00 PM PST
- Contract: Long-Term Contract
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Experience creating user stories, business rules, process diagrams, and functional requirements
- Experience with current-state/future-state process mapping and SOP documentation
- Strong UAT testing experience, including test case preparation and execution
- Experience supporting enterprise modernization or large-scale initiatives
- Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and consensus-building skills
- Experience working with relational or cloud-based data platforms
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements
- Experience supporting implementation, training, and change management activities
The role is primarily remote, but occasional onsite work in Salem, OR may be required based on business needs
. Candidates should be local, willing to commute, or willing to relocate.
