Relationship Advisor I – Salem, IN

Centra Credit Union is looking for a full‑time Relationship Advisor I at our branch in Salem, IN. The role involves engaging members, advising on lending and financial products, and performing member account transactions in Retail Operations. The position offers a learning path to progress through Relationship Advisor I‑III and other Retail Operations career paths.

The starting wage is $24.42 per hour, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package. Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential.

• Creates value by engaging members during discussion and transactions while educating and advising on products, services, and lending.
• Proactively engages with members in problem solving, providing immediate and thoughtful consultation for tailored solutions.
• Ensures own accountability for subject matter expertise in products and services, problem solving and financial literacy to continually grow skills required for member engagement.
• Engages in required learning path for continued development and growth and obtains Centra certification.

Equivalents: high school diploma or GED. Minimum 1‑3 years of related experience, including preparatory experience.
