As a Customer Experience Specialist at Honeywell, you will be a member of the Customer Service team, ensuring performance standards are met to achieve business objectives and high customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to a Sr Customer Experience Supervisor and will work out of our Salem, OR location on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact overall customer satisfaction by managing order processing, purchasing activities, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. You will play a key role in maintaining customer accounts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality service and resolve issues efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities within the Customer Experience department
  • Maintain timely accounting and lifecycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems
  • Manage opportunities and prompt issuance of invoices
  • Create credit requests and documents as needed
  • Update customer accounts by submitting requests in SAP for customer creation, extension, or amendment
  • Ensure correct input in ERP systems
  • Track orders placed at suppliers and their timely delivery to warehouse or final customer for direct deliveries
  • Provide quality service to customers and collaborate with the purchasing team
  • Resolve issues related to wrong delivery, delays, and rejected product returns
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 0-2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and ability to manage customer accounts and order lifecycle
  • Ability to track orders and resolve delivery or product return issues effectively
