Friendship Richfield Campus in Salem, VA is seeking a Concierge / Switchboard Operator to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately for residents, staff, and visitors. The role requires weekend availability and some weekday mornings/evenings.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing vendors, logging events, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and basic computer skills, with 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
