About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part‑Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Salem, VA. This clinic-based role allows you to function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting serving senior populations.

This opportunity operates within a community‑based outpatient clinic. Clinic staff are on‑site full time. The clinic offers organized scheduling and patient flow, coordinated team‑based care, and a value‑based model focused on seniors. Equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing and logistics are managed by the clinic, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high‑quality dental care.

• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures.
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations.
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
• Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting.

• Quality over volume.
• Consistency and predictability.
• Administrative and logistical support.
• Long‑term clinic partnerships.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• DEA certificate and/or Controlled Substance Registration.
• Experience treating senior populations preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and warm chairside manner.
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments.

• 1 day per week (you choose the day, Monday‑Friday).
• Typical hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
• No nights.
