Job Summary:

EDII invites applications from qualified professionals for the position of Entrepreneurship Expert to support livelihood and entrepreneurship development initiatives under CSR and development projects. The role involves training delivery, implementation support, beneficiary engagement, and market linkage facilitation.

• Deliver entrepreneurship and livelihood development training programmes.
• Support project implementation, monitoring, and execution of field activities.
• Conduct beneficiary hand holding and enterprise guidance sessions.
• Organize training programmes, exhibitions, and awareness activities.
• Support documentation, reporting, and evaluation activities.
• Facilitate market linkages, collaborations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist beneficiaries in enterprise development and business planning.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and project teams for smooth implementation.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship, Rural Development, Social Work, Management, or related fields.
• Experience in livelihood programme implementation and entrepreneurship development.
• Strong training and facilitation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Experience in conducting community-based training programmes.
• Knowledge of micro-enterprise development and market linkage support.
• Documentation and reporting skills.

Terms of Engagement: On contractual basis.

Maximum Remuneration: 65,000/- CTC per month.
