Job Description
We are looking for passionate and experienced NEET Faculty to train students for medical entrance exams. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to simplify concepts for better understanding.
Roles & Responsibilities- Deliver NEET-focused lectures as per NCERT syllabus
- Prepare study materials, notes, and practice questions
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance
- Provide doubt clarification and individual student support
- Track student progress and help improve weak areas
- Guide students on exam strategy and time management
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
- Coordinate with academic team for syllabus completion
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics / Chemistry / Biology (NEET level)
- Prior experience in NEET / JEE coaching is preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and clear manner
- Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory)
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
- Patient, dedicated, and result-oriented approach
