Technical Service Engineer

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1.
• This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.
• 2.
• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

• Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1.
• Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM 2.
• Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts 3.
• Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling 4.
• Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc. ) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.

• Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers

• Upselling,Time Management,Plan for Success,Ownership

• Qualifications Essential BE/BTech in Civil Engineering Desirable/Preferable 15 Work Experience (Cumulative) Total Years (Band) 3-10 Years Years (Relevant) 3 Years Seniority (desirable) Types of Organization MNC / Indian / Large Scale / Listed / Hi-Growth / Stable / Process driven / Turnaround Types of Sector Metal / Mining / Port / Infra / Banking / Telecom Variety of experience Qualitative aspects The individual should be a team player, having high convincing power.
