• Conduct engaging tax interviews with clients to understand their needs.
• Enhance client retention by providing exceptional service.
• Introduce additional products and services that can benefit clients.
• Support business growth through collaborative business-to-business sales activities.
• Provide expert support for IRS audits and attend audits as necessary.
• Continue to develop your tax expertise through various resources.
• Mentor and assist teammates to foster a strong team environment.

• Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
• Flexible availability to work in multiple locations and various hours.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in completing individual tax returns.
• Capability in tax planning and providing audit support.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or the Income Tax Course.
• Additional knowledge and skills will be developed through training after hiring.
