What you will do- Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
- Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
- Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs.
- Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned client locations.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour
