We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Management Specialist to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role maintains inventory accuracy, client care, report building, meeting attendance, and coordinates inbound replenishment scheduling. It is also responsible for the system‑based handling of all incoming and outgoing materials, client/warehouse liaison, and administrative tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy across multiple systems.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Open Orders Reports weekly to customers.
  • Prepare Excel reports for M&C.
  • Attend meetings regarding orders for Alstom (internal & external), M&C, and PGS.
  • Update orders per amendments, internal requests, and IS’s.
  • Request final pricing from customers and report to Logistics.
  • Request production schedules from engineering for manufacturing.
  • Advise customers of changes such as promise dates and FAT dates.
  • File information in Powermax (PO amendments, email communications, MI’s).
  • Manage case tagging (Sales For…)
  • Remain flexible to other tasks as priorities shift.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with Access.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external departments, including sourcing, engineering, and finance.
  • Customer communication skills via written, in‑person, and phone interactions.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, work orders, delivery fulfillment, and SAP preferred.
