Maintenance Janitor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 02:00pm)
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain facility cleanliness standards.
- Inspect work areas and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues.
- Assist the maintenance team with repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvement projects.
- Support general building upkeep by organizing tools, materials, and maintenance work areas.
Maintenance Janitor
Qualifications:
- Prior janitorial, maintenance, or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and standing.
- Strong attendance record, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with maintenance tasks and facility repairs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
