Pultrusion Operators – Operators are responsible for running a production line. They ensure continuous supply of raw materials, machine set up and operation, and troubleshooting. The position requires managing and prioritizing multiple tasks that ensure continuous operation of the line. Candidates must have a good memory and problem‑solving skills. Once trained, the position provides training and mentoring to new associates. Basic math and computer skills are required.

Schedule

• Day: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM
• Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3‑day weekend off.
• The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay

• Effective hourly wage of $24.48 – $27.18/hr (DOE)
• Base: $21.55 – $24.13/hr (DOE)
• Weekend Premium: $4.00/hr (Fri‑Sun)
• Pay for Experience if applicable.

• Outstanding attendance
• Ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills, and basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12‑hour shifts
• Ability to successfully pass a basic math skills assessment
• Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lb to 50 lb
• General experience with computers
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects between 10 lb and 50 lb to support production needs
• Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age
• Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) or a willingness & ability to learn
