• Operating and cleaning production equipment like fermenters, centrifuges, and spray dryers
• Maintaining a clean production environment by learning and implementing hygiene and GMP practices
• Using computer skills to communicate, track information, and complete inventory transactions
• Actively caring about workplace safety and being an engaged participant in our safety culture
• Helping facilitate a process of continuous improvement by learning and applying LEAN manufacturing concepts
• Filling out and documenting process paperwork
• Maintaining a positive attitude and sustaining a level of diligence and passion about your work

• Hold a valid driver's license
• Have a HS diploma or GED equivalent (higher education – college degree, especially in applicable fields such as Biology, Engineering, etc. are also sought after)
• Be able to walk up and down steps consistently, and work at elevated heights
• Be able to maintain physical mobility (bend, turn, reach, etc. consistently through work shift)
• Be able to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Have good computer skills – knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications, email, web‑based applications, etc.
• Be willing to work 12‑hour shifts

$19–$21/hour
