Job Summary
You will work with a broad range of talented individuals to deliver quality products in a timely manner. You’ll work alongside Assemblers and partner with professionals across multiple departments.
Responsibilities- Follow specified work instructions and/or engineering parts drawings to assemble a wide variety of products.
- Maintain the quality of your work, ensuring accurate counts and meeting production standards.
- Continuously look for ways to improve production processes.
- Assists or trains in multiple work cells if required.
- Follow applicable ISO procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and in order.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report malfunction of equipment and process deviations to appropriate personnel.
- Perform additional duties outside your function or trade for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
- Experience with a wide variety of hand or power tools for assembly purposes.
- Proven math, reading, and computer skills.
- Ability to receive and execute written or verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Ability to assemble or disassemble on a production line.
- Constant handling, reaching outward, lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking.
- Occasional sitting, reaching up/over shoulder, climbing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $15.50 - $17.50/hr the base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
