Who will you be working with?
You will work as part of a collaborative warehouse operations team within a manufacturing environment. The team partners closely with production, logistics, and inventory control functions to ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. Team members support one another in meeting daily operational goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy.
Job DescriptionIn this entry‑level role, you will execute essential warehouse tasks that support the flow of materials across the facility, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and organization standards.
Typical Responsibilities- Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship materials as assigned.
- Load and unload trucks using approved material handling equipment.
- Perform basic inventory counts and support cycle count activities.
- Maintain material protection, housekeeping, and organization standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Enter and verify transactions in ERP or warehouse systems under guidance.
- Report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies to leadership.
- Follow all safety, quality, and integrity requirements.
- Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs, carrying, or pushing materials; occasional climbing, crawling, lifting more than 20 lbs, exposure to heat, cold, dust.
- Repeated sitting, walking, reaching outward, reaching up, squatting, and bending.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout your shift.
- Willing to wear required PPE and work in an industrial environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
- Forklift certified or willing to be trained.
Hourly rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour. The actual salary offered may be influenced by training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location. Benefits include health, welfare, and retirement plans. Additional benefits may include an annual bonus if eligible.
