Reports To: Operations Area Manager

Salary Range: Min $17.80/hr - Max $23.86/hr (Depends on Experience)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to physically operate a machine
• Basic machine troubleshooting skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Mobile to move between work areas and lift up to 40 pounds
• Team player with good communication skills

• Operate machines for key parts and assemblies
• Operate manual, automated, and secondary machining equipment as required
• Work with the Team Lead and Area Manager to produce products based on work orders and production schedules
• Meet quality standards, on-time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations
• Participate in team meetings to improve performance, solve problems, improve safety, and maintain 5S
• Meet or exceed performance measures after training
• Perform any additional duties required to ensure smooth operation of product centers and support areas
• Overtime will be required
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures
