- Package materials for shipment
- Receive, unpack, verify, and stock incoming goods in assigned locations
- Load and unload trucks; move materials throughout the plant using a fork truck or pallet jack
- Support efficient and controlled material flow across operations
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety standards
- Keep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas clean and organized
The following are the minimum requirements to successfully perform this role and represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Education- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in production or warehouse operations preferred
- Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Current fork truck license required
- Minimum 1 year of fork truck and warehouse experience required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written); ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels
- Experience operating material handling equipment, including fork trucks
- Basic carpentry skills, including use of small power tools
- Regularly required to stand, sit, and perform tasks involving repetitive movement
- Ability to use a computer for extended periods as needed
- Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Must be able to safely handle metals such as aluminum, copper, bronze, and steel
- Exposure to moving and heated mechanical parts, airborne particles, adhesive fumes, and energized electrical systems
- Moderate noise levels may occur periodically
- Required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided

Hiring Salary Range: $17.35 – $22.00 per hour
