WhatYou'll Do
- Create and maintain production plans to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with schedulers, customer service, and production teams to balance capacity and demand.
- Analyze inventory levels, material availability, and resource constraints.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks to timely production.
- Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key production metrics and communicate status to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, schedules, and materials usage.
- 3+ years of production planning or manufacturing coordination experience.
- Experience in concrete, construction, or related manufacturing preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production planning software.tag
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
