Surface Mount Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)
- Operate and monitor Surface Mount (SMT) equipment used in the production of electronic assemblies.
- Load components and materials into machines while ensuring accurate setup and operation. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform basic equipment adjustments and report production or quality issues.
- Maintain production records and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Surface Mount Operator
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Previous SMT, machine operator, assembly, electronics manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect products, identify defects, and perform basic equipment adjustments.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Background screening and drug screening required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
