- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
- Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

As a Foundry Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
