Wave Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

• Operate and monitor wave solder equipment used in electronics manufacturing.
• Load materials, inspect completed circuit boards, and verify quality standards are met. Identify defects and report quality or production issues.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety and ESD procedures.

Wave Operator

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, assembly, electronics, soldering, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation and records accurately.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Background screening and drug screening required.
