Revlon is seeking a Utility Line Lead at our Salem, Virginia site to supervise a team of assembly workers, train staff (including temporary hires), and cross-train across functions.
You will ensure production and quality standards, learn new equipment and systems, maintain 5S in the area, record production per SOP, and drive KPI improvements across line teams. This role requires full-time presence at the Salem office and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
