- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:25 PM - 2:55 AM

Education Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical training in machining, manufacturing, or CNC operations preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions
- Minimum of 5 years of machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating CNC and conventional machining equipment
- Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Strong math, computer, and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Knowledge of machine shop practices, tooling, fixtures, and machining processes
- Ability to perform machine offsets, load programs, and establish machine zero points
- Experience completing first-piece inspections and maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process enhancements
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach overhead as needed
- Comfortable working around machinery, loud noise, dust, and manufacturing environments
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment to manufacture precision metal and non-metal components
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets according to specifications
- Read engineering drawings and process plans to ensure product accuracy
- Perform first-piece inspections and quality checks using precision measuring instruments
- Monitor cycle times, production output, and product quality
- Troubleshoot machining issues and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate production counts and meet daily production goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work area
