Sign‑on Bonus

• Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus

As an RN in the Emergency Room, you will coordinate and deliver high quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with departmental standards and state scope of practice. You will collaborate with medical providers, advocate for patients and families, and model the organization’s vision and mission to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.

• Assess patient pain regularly and promote effective pain management, including reassessments after interventions.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating patient needs.
• Teach patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, status, treatment plan, medications, and possible side effects, translating complex terminology for complete understanding.
• Teach patients, families, and caregivers about non‑medicinal follow‑up measures such as healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes. Prepare patients and families for future self‑management.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• No travel required.
• No specific years of experience required.
