• Assess and monitor patient conditions throughout admission and inpatient stay
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly within the electronic medical record
• Identify changes in patient status and elevate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, effective patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, discharge planning, and recovery expectations
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered nursing care in a fast‑paced acute care environment

• Active RN license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Acute care or inpatient nursing experience
• Experience in Med Surg, Oncology, Orthopedics, or Trauma care
• Flexibility to cross‑train across inpatient specialties
