- Assess and monitor patient conditions throughout admission and inpatient stay
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly within the electronic medical record
- Identify changes in patient status and elevate concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, effective patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, discharge planning, and recovery expectations
- Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered nursing care in a fast‑paced acute care environment
- Active RN license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Acute care or inpatient nursing experience
- Experience in Med Surg, Oncology, Orthopedics, or Trauma care
- Flexibility to cross‑train across inpatient specialties
