Qualifications and Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license
Experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit preferred
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Demonstrated proficiency in assessing and monitoring patients with complex health needs
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Ability to prioritize and respond effectively in fast-paced situations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions for patients transitioning from critical care
Monitor vital signs and interpret telemetry, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to plan and evaluate care
Administer medications, manage IV drips, and perform other clinical procedures as directed
Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
