Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Western Virginia Regional Jail in Salem, VA.
This full-time 7:00 am–7:30 pm shift runs three days weekly, providing care to a vulnerable population under supervision of RNs and medical staff. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, provide wound care, document care plans, and contribute to a safe, compassionate environment.
