Hourly Wage Estimate

$31.70 - $47.54 per hour. Currently offering a $20,000 sign‑on bonus.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with department requirements and state specialty standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide comprehensive, compassionate care, advocating for patients, families, and caregivers to achieve positive clinical outcomes.

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response, taking appropriate action if an unintended response occurs.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology into clear understanding.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or completion of BCLS instructor training within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
