RN - Mother-Baby​/Post Partum

Registered Nurse - Maternity Care Center Location

Salem, Virginia

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Join our team in the Maternity Care Center, where we provide a range of services including Labor & Delivery, C-sections, postpartum and newborn care. The center is equipped with 9 Labor & Delivery Rooms, 8 Post-Partum/GYN Beds, 2 Operating Rooms, and a well-baby nursery.

• Assist in Labor & Delivery processes and oversee all aspects of maternity care.
• Perform cesarean sections and provide care during postpartum and newborn care phases.
• Manage OBED triage and conduct inductions.
• Work collaboratively with midwives and other healthcare professionals.

• Must have OB experience.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN.
• Experience as a cesarean section circulator, first assist, or scrub tech is preferred.
