Quality Control Inspector

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector Technician to join their team. As a Quality Inspector Technician, you will be an essential part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

  • Ensure accurate collection and documentation of quality data sheets.
  • Conduct quality audits and review scrap metrics and non-conformance findings.
  • Maintain and update database information regarding scrap material and IPPM across all plants.
  • Develop and review charts for scrap and IPPM metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality performance indicators effectively.

What's Needed?

  • One year of related experience in quality control or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and measurement tools.
  • Strong judgment skills to plan, perform work, and make decisions independently.
  • Ability to work any assigned shift and perform overtime as required.
