Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking highly motivated and successful retail sales associates to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years, and we are a family‑owned and operated business.

• Confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using a proven selling process and the bed Match diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure and educational shopping experience that focuses on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles and resetting the showroom floor.
• Use tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale systems, and the bed Match system to provide a seamless shopping experience.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5‑day week offering 40–55 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a winning team‑oriented attitude.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
