Game Stop - 1419 West Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.;
Safeguard company assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices.;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals in the POS system.;
Assist management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.
