Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung des Produktionsmanagers bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie bei internen und externen Audits
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und produktionsrelevanten Statistiken und Analysen
- Mitwirkung in der Produktionsplanung im ERP
- Selbständige Abwicklung von Aufgaben und produktionsrelevanten Projekten
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Umsetzung von Lean‑Dokumentationen
- Organisation und Koordination von Meetings und Kundenterminen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Berufserfahrung in der Industrie wünschenswert
- Gute MS Office‑Kenntnisse, sowie Kenntnisse in ERP‑Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
