Data Analyst

Position: Data Analyst I
Job Description Update database and share site with data for all new, recertified, or amended profiles.

Update share site with current approvals and Notification of Treatment Standards forms.

Technical regulatory review of all new, amended, and recertified waste profile data (DOT, RCRA, Land Ban, and miscellaneous notes). Review for internal profile inconsistencies.

Efficiently track and run reports that could require an advanced knowledge of Excel.

Validation of shipment data for waste tracking.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other RequirementsRCRA and DOT Regulatory compliance or Quality or Government Regulation experience preferred.

Manifesting and profiling hazardous and non-hazardous waste experience preferred.

Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.

Other Skills Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software

Knowledge of word processors, like Microsoft Word Excellent typing and transcription skills, including typing at fast speeds.

Ability to research and collect data.

Education and Experience

Education:

B.S. Degree is required.
