** Full-Time Security Officer- FLEX

** Pay Rate:**  $24.00 per hour

** Must be available to work any shift, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

** Work Locations:
** Officers must be willing to work at any of the 7 locations, based on business needs.

** Requirements:*

+ Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

+ Must be flexible and able to travel between assigned locations as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Compliance with hospital vaccination requirements is required.

+ Must be able to work in a hospital environment that may include the morgue.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting, if required by the post.

+ At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

** QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):*
* + High school diploma/GED verifiable by a 3rd party background check

+ Current driver's license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

+ Must be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state

+ At least 2 years of verifiable work history with no gaps in employment more than 90 days

+ Ability to pass a federal 10-panel drug test

+ Willing to undergo TB bloodwork and vaccination compliance requirements

+ Ability to remain calm, confident, and reliable in stressful situations

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly when needed

** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):*
* + Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone

+ Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
