Pay and BenefitsEarn $29 per hour as a level Tech II. Enjoy an increase in pay each year!
ScheduleWednesday through Saturday from 10 p.m.
- 8:30 a.m. Diesel technicians at this operation bid for shifts twice a year.
Enjoy identifying mechanic problems using charts, technical manuals, and diagnostic equipment with paid training from some of the best in the industry. Ruan ensures that our technicians have access to the latest diagnostic technology and training.
Tool and Work Boot ProgramRuan's tool and work boot program helps technicians obtain the tools they need to be safe and successful! Each technician that joins the Ruan team will receive a $1,000 tool reimbursement and a work boot voucher. Additionally, uniforms are provided.

Ask us about our Top Tech competition! Hands on competition where the top 10 qualifiers are flown to Des Moines, IA to compete in the finals. Based on 11 skill stations and ranked on predetermined actions, we then send the top three qualifiers to the TMC Super Tech national competition!
