What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations using a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van
- Services may include:
- Oil and filter changes
- Tire rotations and replacements
- Battery replacements
- Brake services
- Multi-point inspections
- Recall and software updates
- Minor diagnostic and repair work
- Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommended repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, parts usage, and time reporting
- Keep the mobile service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Represent the dealership professionally in the community
- 2+ years automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- ASE certifications preferred
- Ford certification is a plus
