Bonus and Relocation Support This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus and relocation support.
What You Will Do- Receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, including brief descriptions of equipment/system malfunctions.
- Contact customer representatives to ascertain equipment and system problems.
- Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial and residential applications, including wet (steel, copper, CPVC), dry, pre‑action, deluge and fire pumps.
Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices, bulletins, modification notices and other documents to diagnose and repair equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
- 3–5 years of documented experience in the fire sprinkler service industry performing service and repair on sprinkler and suppression systems.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and overnight travel may be required.
- Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Adhere to, implement, and follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70lb.
- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, high‑lift equipment up to 60ft, and working within ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings.
- Understand and comply with all safety requirements set by the company and customer.
- NICET LevelII certification (preferred).
- Backflow certification (preferred).
Hourly rate:$25.00–$36.00( to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities). This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. Exceptional candidates may receive consideration for compensation above the stated range.
