Service Master Restore is seeking a Water and Fire Damage Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills related to maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

• Perform water, fire, and mold content or structural cleaning
• Assist Lead Technicians with equipment and supplies
• Communicate processes and job progress to customers
• Ensure quality control on each job
• Handle equipment, supplies, and vehicles properly
• Document job activities and take pictures

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in emergency response, construction, or cleaning
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Detail‑oriented, hardworking, and motivated
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience with mobile software and product labels
• Ability to work on‑call and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch as needed
• Use visual acuity for detail‑oriented activities
• Adapt to various working conditions
