Berglund Ford Mazda is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman who will lead the service team while continuing to work on vehicles and earn based on productivity. This hands-on role partners with the Service Manager to keep repairs flowing, provide technical support, and mentor technicians.
The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic/repair skills, prior foreman or senior tech experience, Ford certification, and excellent communication.
