Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled
HVAC Installer
to join our growing HVAC division! If you have residential HVAC installation experience, take pride in your work, and want the opportunity to grow with an established company, we'd love to hear from you.
- Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
- Assist with equipment start-ups and ensure systems are operating properly.
- Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local HVAC codes.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Properly use tools and equipment required for HVAC installation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Basic understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, dependable, and hardworking.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
