Starting Pay:$20/hour ($21.50 for Richmond, VA)

Schedule:Tuesday–Friday | Early Morning Start | Overtime

Layman Distributing is looking for a dependable, customer-focused
Route Delivery Driver
to join our team! Our drivers are more than just delivery professionals —
they are the face of Layman

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver product orders accurately and on time to our
  primary customers: convenience stores
• Represent Layman Distributing with professionalism and courtesy at every stop
• Handle delivery paperwork, process occasional returns, and operate our handheld Driver App
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide exceptional service
• In some instances, cash collection will be a requirement at time of delivery (COD Customers Only)
• Assist with unloading and verifying deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your delivery vehicle
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working early mornings and overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus)
