Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage logistics operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance processes.
- Prepare and process necessary documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight forwarding, shipping lines, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
- Proficiency in using software applications for tracking shipments (e.g., SAP) is an asset.
