Job Description
Who will you be working with?
You will work as part of a collaborative warehouse operations team within a manufacturing environment. This team partners closely with production, logistics, and inventory control functions to ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. Team members support one another in meeting daily operational goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for executing essential warehouse tasks that support the flow of materials across the facility. In this entry-level role, you will contribute by receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and organization standards.
Qualifications- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to wear required PPE and work in an industrial environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
- Forklift certification, or willingness to be trained
- Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship materials as assigned
- Load and unload trucks using approved material handling equipment
- Perform basic inventory counts and support cycle count activities
- Maintain material protection, housekeeping, and organization standards
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment
- Enter and verify transactions in ERP or warehouse systems under guidance
- Report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies to leadership
- Follow all safety, quality, and integrity requirements
- Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs, carrying, or pushing materials, sitting, walking, reaching outward, reaching up, squatting, bending
- Occasional climbing, crawling, lifting more than 20 lbs, exposure to heat, exposure to cold, exposure to dust
The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $18.00- $20.00 per hour.
